The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to enter into a contract to provide: Used Oil, Antifreeze, Coolant, Hazardous Fluid Recycling, Solvent Tank Services, and Environmental Clean-up according to the attached specifications.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor. However, GSD reserves the right to make multiple awards or award by line item if it is determined to be in the District’s best interest.
