The intent of this Request for Proposals is to select a qualified construction firm for the removal and replacement of the three underground fuel tanks, fuel pumps and dispensers, electrical wiring, plumbing, the installation of a new air hose/vacuum system and the installation of a new diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) tank and a new temperature controlled underground DEF tank located at 800 Rabbitt Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland 20878.
