Snow College is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor offering the lowest total cost for one (1) Little Family QCPR CPR training manikin set, manufactured by Laerdal Medical. We are also seeking five (5) adult CPR manikins with Bluetooth feedback technology.
Item1: Little Family QCPR CPR training manikin set (must include)
Little Anne QCPR (Adult)
Little Junior QCPR (Child)
Little Baby QCPR (Infant)
All manikins must feature QCPR feedback technology compatible
Item 2: Adult CPR Manikins with Bluetooth Feedback
Note: All submitted bid prices must be inclusive of all associated costs, including but not limited to shipping, handling, delivery, setup (if applicable), and any additional fees or surcharges. No additional charges will be accepted beyond the total bid amount.
Additional Notes:
- Equipment must be new.
- Delivery must be FOB Destination to the specified location in Utah. All shipping and handling costs must be included in the quoted price.
Warranty and Service
Vendors must specify the warranty coverage included with the product. Vendors are encouraged to provide details on any extended warranty options or service plans available.
Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This IFB shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this IFB. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this IFB.
Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, Snow College will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids.
Snow College Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
