- Summary It is the intent of the City of Kalamazoo to hire a contractor to provide removal and installation services for Building 24 at the Harrison site. These specifications apply to those items necessary for and incidental to the execution and completion of installation services as indicated herein.
SCOPE OF WORK
T he scope of work shall include the following:
- Removal and disposal of existing MAU unit
- Any necessary duct work to minimize disruption to current duct system including steel duct transition
- Install Captive Aire unit model CHH 20 with a 30” burner. with setting the unit on a minimal 14” tall base
- Gas piping as needed
Please note: Any wiring shall be provided by contractor.
