2027 Flexible Spending Account Guides

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for a vendor to print 48,400 copies guides and in full color, 48,200 copies will be mailed presort standard. The artwork is 16 pages (including the cover). The artwork has bleeds. Pages 15-16 need to be perforated. The booklet needs to be saddle-stitched. The booklet pages will be 8.5x11 and then folded in half so the final mailing size will be 8.5x5.5. Please see the Sample guide in the documents sections of this solicitation.

The guides will be mailed Presort Standard.

IMPORTANT: The vendor must front the postage cost and supply the postage bill on a separate line item on the invoice.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

Suppliers must be properly registered with the Ohio Secretary of State by navigating to https://www.ohiosos.gov/businesses/.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew the contract for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
