Description

North Island College (NIC) is requesting proposals for Janitorial Services at the new Student Housing buildings located at 2382 and 2370 Ryan Road in Courtenay B.C. The purpose of this RFP is to identify a supplier to provide Janitorial services as required for the two Student Housing buildings located adjacent to the Comox Valley Campus. The term for Services will be for three (3) years, with an opportunity to extend for an additional two (2) year term.
Mandatory Site Visit: Thursday June 12, 2025 10:00 am Komoux Hall Foyer, Comox Valley Campus, 2300 Ryan Road, Courtenay BC V9N 8N6
Please Note: PPE is required for all site tours. This includes steel-toed boots, a hard hat, and a high-visibility vest.
