Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Salt Lake County Library Division / the Community Services Department, and Facilities Management, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposer” or “Architect” or “Architect”) to provide design consulting services for the Sandy Library Remodel (“Project”) per the scope of work and requirements below.
The Project’s proposed location is at approximately 10100 S Petunia Way, Sandy, UT 84092 (Exhibit B). County intends to hire an Architectural/Engineering Team (“Design Team”) to be the Architect of Record.
