Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Heating,
Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) replacement services as described herein:
Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, disposal
fees, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of five (5) existing HVAC units
and furnish and install five (5) equivalent new units and one (1) new Mini Split System to Caltrans in
Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.
