Overview of Project:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the District of North Cowichan (“North
Cowichan”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Light Fleet Electrification
Project, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Annex B) (the “Deliverables”).
Installation of a Light Fleet EV Charging Infrastructure for North Cowichan including Level 2 and
Level 3 chargers.
