Project Description: The City of Palm Coast, Florida (the “City”) is seeking proposals from various financial institutions to provide a non-revolving line of credit (the “Loan”, “Line”, or “Note”), at the lowest overall borrowing cost, pursuant to certain conditions. The proposed Loan will be used to finance (a) the acquisition of certain land within the City and (b) to fund the cost of issuance associated with the Loan.
