Project Description: The project is a renovation of men's and women's volleyball locker rooms. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, hazardous material abatement, concrete, metal fabrications, wood treatment, rough carpentry, sheathing, millwork and countertops, firestopping, joint sealants, doors and frames, access panels, interior glass doors, door hardware, glazing, metal framed partitions, gypsum board, ceramic and stone tile work, acoustical ceilings, flooring, wall base, painting, specialties, appliances, fixed audience seating, fire alarm, mechanical HVAC and plumbing, electrical and lighting work, audio visual equipment, and miscellaneous related work, as shown on the Plans and Technical Specifications.
