Project Description: The Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) seeks a qualified Contractor to administer and perform ADA paratransit eligibility assessments that determine whether an individual, because of a disability, cannot reasonably use fixed‑route transit for some or all trips. Determinations shall be based on functional ability, not exclusively on medical diagnosis, and must comply with the ADA of 1990 and implement regulations.
