Warranty: 10 year warranty on fabric and hardware from manufacturer defects. 1 year
warranty on service and installation.

Special Instructions

Under the Hawaii Revised Statutes HRS 103D-310(c), vendors doing business with State agencies
are required to obtain a Certificate of Vendor Compliance.

Proof/documentation of compliance is required for all awards of $2,500 or more. For
information relating to registering and obtaining the Certificate of
Vendor Compliance, refer to the following website: https://vendors.ehawaii.gov/hce/.

Vendors must have the Certificate of Vendor Compliance by the award date in order to be
considered. Before award, a copy of the Hawaii State Certificate
of Vendor Compliance must be emailed to renee23@hawaii.edu.

Acceptable alternate with prior approval of buyer. We reserve the right to determine
equivalencies for alternates--please email technical specifications
sheets or brochure with specs for alternates to renee23@hawaii.edu. Proposed alternative must
be emailed 5 business days prior to close date.

Quote must be one aggregate bid.

Quote must include material, labor, tax, installation, freight/shipping, delivery and any
other applicable charges.

Quote must also list out whether there are any warranties included and if so, type and
duration of these warranties.

Quantity is subject to change pending availability of funds.
