TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES FOR SPRING 2026 MOVE-OUT

Project Description:

Provide all personnel, materials, and equipment to perform the traffic control
services described on the attached schedule and special provisions document for Spring
2026 move-out on Thursday, 05/14/26, Friday, 05/15/26, and Saturday, 05/16/26.

Special Instructions

Traffic control services for the University of Hawaii at Manoa Student Housing Services on
Thursday, 05/14/26, Friday, 05/15/26, and Saturday, 05/16/26. See attached schedule and
special provisions for more information.

1. Once awarded, bidder must return signed award acceptance within one (1) business day.
Contractor shall deposit with the University, on or before the issuance of the contract or
purchase order for this project, a certificate of insurance necessary to satisfy all
insurance provisions of the University. For more information, please visit:

2. All Bid prices shall be F.O.B. destination, including all shipping, handling and
delivery costs and shall include all applicable taxes. Payment will be made with a
University purchase order. UH PO will be issued only to the vendor named in \"Vendor\" box.
All UH terms and conditions will apply to the order.

3. For bids $2,500.00 and above, the awarded/named vendor shall be responsible for meeting
all requirements necessary for the University to obtain a “Certificate of Vendor
Compliance” indicating that vendor\'s status is compliant with the requirements of 103D-
310(c), HRS. If vendor is not compliant when bid is awarded, vendor may be disqualified.

4. In accordance with 103-55, HRS, each prospective bidder supplying services in excess of
$25,000.00 must sign the attached wage certificate and return it with their bid
submission.
