Project Description: The City of Fargo Water Treatment Plant is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for
the installation of a hot water system capable of delivering water at 104°F and a flow rate of 100
gallons per minute (GPM). This temperature has been identified as optimal for chemical mixing
processes.
