San Bernardino County (County), Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), which may also be referred to as the County or by Community Crisis Services (CCS) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified organizations and agencies, to provide a proposed plan for the provision of Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) services. MCR services provides individuals, families, caregivers, and other interested parties located within the county who are themselves experiencing a behavioral health crisis or are requesting services for someone who is experiencing a behavioral health crisis. MCR services operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provides services in the East Valley, High Desert, and West Valley regions. Specific services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section IV, Program Requirements. The Contract period will be for a three (3) year period beginning on October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2028, to provide MCR services from 6 p.m.- 8 a.m. 365 days a year including holidays. Currently, the projected allocation for this (service/program) is approximately $2,858,053 annually or $8,574,159 for the three (3) year period. The County may, but is not obligated to, extend awarded contract(s) for up to two (2) additional one-year periods contingent on the availability of funds and contractor performance.
