Project Description: The City of Williamsport is seeking written proposals for insurance brokerage firms to provide Liability and Employee Benefit Brokerage and Consulting services related to the City of Williamsport. Documents can be obtained at no cost on PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. With respect to Employee Benefit Brokerage and Consulting services, the City of Williamsport is seeking proposals for the following:
• Medical
• Dental
• Vision
• Life
• Workers Compensation
Technical questions or requests for clarification shall be directed, in writing, via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. The City of Williamsport’s responses to a proposer’s question(s) will be posted on PennBid. Responses to questions which require an addendum or changes to the Bidding Documents will be issued via a Public Notice and posted on PennBid. Bidders who have registered with and downloaded documents for this project from PennBid will be notified by email when a response, change or addenda has been posted.
