**This site visit will be for both the extguishers and the backflow. Both are located at all 5 bldgs.

The agency wishes to set up an annual agreement that can be renewed for up to 5 years or $25,000 (whichever comes first). The contract will be reviewed by both parties and renewed annually. (See attached boiler plate)
The date, time and location for the following years will be given to the vendor at least 2 months prior to the inspection date.
