APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This Project is for the Repair of MAF and Base Fire Alarms contract located on Malmstrom Air Force Base (AFB), and Missle Alert Facility (MAF) sites located throughout Montana. The awarded indefinite delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) with a five (5) year ordering period contract will serve as the primary contract vehicle for the Repair MAF and Base Fire Alarms requirement. The purpose of this effort is to provide design/report documents, installation, programming, and certification to repair the fire protection systems at Malmstrom AFB facilities and Missile Alert Facilities to comply with current Air Force Design Guide, Global Strike/Materials Command Design Directives, Base Standards, and referenced publications. The intent is to provide an upgraded system that fully complies with current USAF design standards, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC).
