RFP Cincinnati-Dayton 747 Corridor Comprehensive Planning Study NEW!

West Chester Township is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional planning services for theCincinnati-Dayton 747 Corridor Comprehensive Planning Study.

The purpose of this project is to update and amend the Township’s comprehensive plan for the approximately 3,200-acre Cincinnati-Dayton Road and State Route 747 corridor. The selected firm will assist the Township in evaluating existing conditions and developing strategic, actionable recommendations to guide future land use, infrastructure investment, and development policy decisions.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued on January 28, 2026. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on February 23, 2026. (NOTE: This date has changed.)
The study must be completed by July 1, 2026.

The full RFP, including the scope of services, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria, is attached and available on the Township’s website. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing by February 9, 2026, in accordance with the RFP instructions.
