NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Federal Funding Involved and BID subject to all Federal Provisions

Notice is hereby given that Fresno Unified School District (DISTRICT) will receive sealed responses for Bid No. 26-17, Compostable Meal Trays, to establish fixed contract pricing. The contract term is for a 1-year period with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year period. Fixed-price contract award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder based on total Bid price.

A MANDATORY VIRTUAL Pre-bid conference is scheduled Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at  10:00 AM. Bidders interested in responding to this bid must attend in order to have their qualifications accepted as responsive. The mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will be hosted via Microsoft Teams with options to join in online or over the phone. Instructions are posted on Procureware.

Sealed bids will be received prior to 2:00 P.M. on December 9, 2025 on Procureware, the District’s online purchasing portal https://fresnousdpurchasing.procureware.com/home . Bids received later than the designated time and date will not be accepted.  Facsimile (FAX) or e-mailed copies of submittals will not be accepted.

Fresno Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any combination thereof and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bidding process.
