RESURFACING OF WRIGHTS MILL RD

Sealed Bids, for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appurtenances necessary for approximately 0.84 miles of recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing on WRIGHTS MILL RD will be received by the Owner at the County Commission Office located at 150 Hudson Ridge, Suite 1, Homer, Georgia 30547, until 9:00 a.m., local time, on December 4th, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the following major elements:

Approximately 0.84 miles of patching, recycled asphaltic concrete resurfacing, striping and shoulder filling on WRIGHTS MILL RD .
All work shall be completed in accordance with Plans, Special Provisions, and the latest edition of the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, applicable Supplemental Specifications, and the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

The work will be awarded in one Contract.

The Instructions to Bidders, Bid, Contract Agreement, Drawings, Specifications and forms of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and other Contract Documents may be examined and obtained at the following:

This Invitation to Bid shall be governed by the following schedule:

November 5th, 2025- Invitation to Bid
November 18th, 2025- Deadline for questions to be mailed to Deputy County Clerk
November 25th 2025- Answers to questions will be emailed to all bidders.
December 4th 2025- Bids Due by 9:00am. No bids will be accepted after the due date and time. Bid opening at 9:15am.
