Glow Mini Golf

The City of North Augusta is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide full-service 18-hole LED Glow Mini Golf (Glow in the Dark Putt-Putt) event services for an upcoming municipal event on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Scope of Work & Requirements:

• Equipment & Setup : Provide complete setup and custom design of an 18 hole LED Glow Mini Golf course featuring LED Glow lights and additional lighting systems.

• Participant Supplies : Supply all necessary LED glow golf balls, putters, putter racks and related course obstacles/accessories for participants.

• On-Site Staffing : Provide a dedicated event crew/staff on site for the full duration of the event to handle course management, participant coordination, setup, and takedown.

• Takedown & Cleanup : Complete full teardown and removal of all course equipment, leaving the event area clean and clear upon conclusion.

Vendor Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bidding vendors must possess or obtain a valid City of North Augusta Business License once the contract is awarded.

• Vendors must carry active Workers' Compensation insurance as required by law.

• Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the City of North Augusta as a certificate holder and additional insured.

Quotes should be clearly labeled "Glow Mini Golf Quote" and submitted via email to dboyd@northaugustasc.gov .  Quotes must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 24, 2026.
