Construction Plans to Serve The 32 Crossing Subdivision

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Construction Plans to Serve the 32 Crossing Subdivision, Still Waters Eng. Project No.: L0505.020 will be received, by the City of Leesburg, at the Leesburg City Hall ¿ 107 Walnut Avenue, Leesburg, Georgia 31763, until 10:30 AM local time on November 25, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The Project consists of constructing +/- 4,500 linear feet of 8¿ PVC water main, +/- 1,500 linear feet of 8¿ PVC sanitary sewer, +/- 2,300 linear feet of 18¿ & 24¿ storm drain piping, +/- 9,800 linear feet of curb and gutter, +/- 1,200 tons of 12.5 mm superpave asphalt and 10,900 square yards of 6¿ soil cement base and all additional items indicated in the Contract Documents.
Bids submitted via mail shall be mailed to City of Leesburg at 107 Walnut Avenue, Leesburg, Georgia 31763.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with any alternate bid items if indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Still Waters Engineering, 130 Veterinary Way, Unit 2, Leesburg, GA 31763. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM ¿ 5:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding Documents also may be examined at Leesburg City Hall, during the City¿s regular business hours.
