ICBC is now seeking up to two (2) Robotic Process Automation (“RPA”) solution(s), with each of these solutions on a different platform, to enhance our automation capabilities. ICBC’s RPA team currently have an established lifecycle in place and are keen to invest in the latest tools and technologies available in the market to further optimize our processes.
Prospective vendors can access the solicitation documents and submit proposals through ICBC's Bonfire portal.
