The Ohio Depa r t e ment of Health, OhioSee and Ohio HEARS Programs is seekin h g proposals for a third-party a dministrator ndmistrator with a cloud-based data system, preferably a configu a rable out of the box solution, to quickly and accurat e ly collect data and provide reports from contractors and schools that will allow for the facilitating facilitating through y follow-up and addressing any fail screenings.

Data collection and reporting is the cornerstones of the ODH Hearing and vison programs and ensuring activities are carried out in an evidence-based manner.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP DOH59392 for #SRC0000037446. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total proposal before the closing date and time, which is 04/09/2026 at 3:00PM.
