Electric Bid Pure Flavor

The Fort Valley Utility Commission will accept sealed bids on labor for the construction of the electric primary feeder system for the Pure Flavor Greenhouse expansion project located in Fort Valley Ga. This will be a 25KV primary system that will be a mixture of overhead primary lines and underground primary lines along with transformers and switch-gear (Scope of work and drawings are included with this packet). Drawings are available at the Fort Valley Utility Commission Administrative Office, 500 Anthoine St. Fort Valley Georgia 31030. Contact Mike Massengale @ mmassengale@fvutil.com, to obtain copies. The Fort Valley Utility Commission will furnish all materials for this project, so please consider this as a request for a labor only bid. Time of completion for all work associated with this project shall be 120 calendar days from the date written on the Notice to Proceed. A mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled for Monday November 17, 2025, at 10:00am at Fort Valley Utility Commission meeting room located at 500 Anthoine St, Fort Valley Georgia, 31030. There will be a bid opening in the Fort Valley Utility Commission Meeting Room located at 500 Anthoine St, Fort Valley Georgia, 31030 at 10:00 am on December 17, 2025. The Fort Valley Utility Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids in total, or in part, and/or waive defects in bids.
