Alberta Recycling Management Authority
ARMA currently operates Microsoft Great Plains, an on-premises ERP system that has served as the backbone for its financial management and reporting. However, the platform presents several limitations and is approaching end-of-life. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (“D365 BC”) has been selected as the preferred solution to replace Microsoft Great Plains. By transitioning to D365 BC, ARMA aims to:
• Modernize its financial systems with a cloud-based solution;
• Enable real-time reporting and analytics through Power BI integration;
• Improve process efficiency with built-in automation and AI tools;
• Support ARMA’s multi-program level operations and future growth with flexible architecture; and
• Enhance user experience through a modern, intuitive interface.
