Description
The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services described in Appendix ‘A’ to this RFP (the “Services”) with respect to creating a Schematic Design for the Conversion of Vault 5 and Surrounding Area into an MR-Linac Suite at the Vancouver Cancer Center (the “Project”).
The successful Proponent will act in the capacity of a Managing Consultant (Architect) for the Project, including engaging the services of all Sub-Consultants as required to provide complete consulting services for the Project, except that the Authority will engage a professional quantity surveyor consultant.
Services to be provided by the Managing Consultant and Sub-Consultants will include architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and code.
