Description
BDC is inviting suppliers to submit bids for the supply and installation of modular, freestanding acoustic office pods for its workspaces. BDC requires modular acoustic pods/booths that provide functional, high-quality solutions for hybrid work environments. These units must ensure privacy for calls and sensitive discussions, support individual focus work, and enable flexible reconfiguration of open spaces for collaborative or hybrid sessions. Acoustic performance should meet specified standards to reduce distractions and improve overall workspace quality. Products must incorporate sustainable materials, energy-efficient ventilation and lighting, and comply with applicable environmental and safety standards. The objective of this initiative is to deliver adaptable, comfortable, and compliant solutions and products that align with BDC’s operational needs and its commitment to responsible workplace practices.
