Project Description

The sewer lining will consist of lining approximately 13,000 LF of sanitary sewer main with Cured-In-Place-Pipe primarily located from S. Weller to S. Madison, between Mary St. and Silk Ave. and with other smaller sections in various locations. These various locations include along James St., Glenwood Ave., Adeline Rd., Mowrey Ave., and N. Quincy Ave.

Bids will be publicly opened and read immediately after the 2:00 pm deadline in Room 108 by the City Clerk's office.

Project Start Date: 15 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed

Project Completion: 50 Working Days

Liquidated Damages: $200.00 per day.

Engineer's Opinion of Cost: $1,083,000.00
