The purpose of this solicitation is to select a vendor to provide Supply and installation of a 50 kW Generator to be installed and commissioned at the Bartram Substation and SOCC Annex Communication Tower Sites per the attached Technical Specifications and CBVR Telecom Group Construction Drawings. As described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.
