The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the installation of a
new roof on a Crew Headquarters building in Beech Creek Township, Clinton County. The scope
of the project includes removing the existing rubber roof, installing new insulation panels,
installing a new rubber roof and associated features, and installing new gutters and downspouts.
Bids will be opened electronically in the PGC Division of Contracts and Procurement, 2001
Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Thursday, December 18, at 2:00 PM.
When bidding, amount bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be
accepted.
Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to Angela
Lindgren, PGC Engineering Division at 717-787-4250, ext. 73620. Any questions concerning
completion of the electronic bid should be directed to PGC-Contracts and Procurement Division
at 717-787-6594.
Bidders should visit the site to ascertain the pertinent conditions such as access, site contours,
proximity of utilities, structural characteristics of the building and vegetation in the work area.
Contact Angela Lindgren for directions to the site, if needed. GPS coordinates are included on the
drawing. Please announce your intentions to visit the site to Crew Foreman, Steve Sneath at 570-
242-1072. If Mr. Sneath is unavailable, please contact Ms. Lindgren at 717-787-4250 ext. 73620.
Attached to the electronic project listing are Terms and Conditions of Project, Conditions for
Construction Contracts and Technical Specifications (Sections 1 through 3). These enclosures are
part of the bid. All bids must be submitted electronically using the SRM system. Bids must be
received by 2:00PM on December 18, 2025. A bid guarantee or bond is not required.
The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids
and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth.
Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive
bidder. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the
successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be
authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
All vendors who conduct business with the Pennsylvania Game Commission must have a Vendor
No. assigned to them to receive payment from the Commonwealth. Effective immediately,
vendors may access the website www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us or phone 877-435-7363 or 717-
346-2676 or email RA-PSCSRMPORTAL@pa.gov for assistance to register as a new vendor or,
if you are an existing vendor, to change a main or remit to address. This is a Department of General
Services (DGS) website, so Bidders must contact DGS directly with any website concerns or
issues.
