Invitation for Bids - Rebid

The City of Gardner is requesting bids for the: "Gardner Municipal Airport Demolition and Clearing of Tract 8".  The project includes, but is not limited to, pavement removal, clearing and grubbing, removal of existing structures and debris, removal of existing septic system, disposal of hazardous materials, and install dual bollard and chain barrier.  Online bids will be received by the City of Gardner, KS through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com until bid closing on Wednesday, July 8th 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (CDT).

A non-mandatory online pre-bid meeting for all prospective bidders will be via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. (CDT) .  You may request an invitation to the pre-bid meeting by contact Jordan Hairgrove with Lochner at Jordon.Hairgrove@hwlochner.com
