Construction: Perimeter Security Upgrades at Multiple Locations

Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD)
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible General Contractor (B100) or Fencing/Landscape and Recreation Contractor (S330) to install chain link and decorative metal fencing and gates to secure the site perimeter at seven elementary schools in the District, listed below and according to the attached Project Manual, specifications, and drawings.
a)Cottonwood Elementary School, 5205 Holladay Boulevard East, Holladay, Utah.
b) Fox Hills Elementary School, 3775 West 6020 South, Taylorsville, Utah.
c) Fremont Elementary School, 4249 Atherton Drive, Taylorsville, Utah.
d) Hillsdale Elementary School, 3275 West 3100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
e) Hillside Elementary School, 4283 South 6000 West, West Valley City, Utah.
f) Hunter Elementary School, 4351 South 5400 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.
g) Woodstock Elementary School, 6015 South 1300 East, Murray, Utah.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.

It is anticipated this expenditure will require GSD Board approval. Award recommendation will be presented at the March 31, 2026 board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
