The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, seeks feedback/sources of companies capable of providing non-personal services for a Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Data Entry / Front Desk Clerk in accordance with the attached PWS.
Response Guidlines: Only electronic responses will be accepted. Please send responses by email to the primary POCs not later than Wednesday, 9 April 2025 at 1200 London Time. Earlier submission is highly encouraged.
*This RFI notice is issued for planning purposes only. Responses to this notice shall assist the Government in market research and identify potential sources. This notice does not serve as a formal request for proposal or request for quote. No pricing information is being requested at this time.
*Funding is not and may not be made available to solicit the requirement. This RFI is not intended to serve as an official notice to obligate the Government to award a contract and consequently the Government does not intend to pay for any bid/proposal preperation costs.
Requested Information: The following is request from interested companies:
1. Please indicate if your company is willing and able to provide the described front desk services. If there are any conditions that prevent your company from providing a quote should a formal solicitation be issued, please provide further details to assist in market research.
2. Please provide descriptive literature commonly provided to the general public, if possible.
3. Identify your firm's information (name, address, phone number, CAGE code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)).
4. Identify the appropriate number of calendar days required to respond to an RFQ.
5. Identify ambiguous or confusing language in the draft PWS.
