AMENDMENT 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to revise Attachment 1 Specifications and replace with revised attachment dated 25 MAR 25 and to revise the language in the solicitation and replace with solicitation dated 25 MAR 25 in response to vendor questions and to revise provisions and clauses IAW Executive Orders 14148 & 14208.

***THE ENTIRETY OF THE PROJECT IS TO BE COMPLETED IN IDAHO***
A.        This is a solicitation for Project # Mary Fire Temp Fence Construction, Boise District Office, Boise Idaho.
B.        The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement to install fencing at the Mary Fire Project Area site. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, and storage as required to perform all work in accordance with specifications, commercial practices and industry standards. See technical specification and attachments for further information.
C.         A site visit will not be conducted vendors can visit the site on their own and review provided site photos. See solicitation document for more information regarding the site access instructions. Failure to attend the site visit listed in FAR Clause 52.236-27 Alt I in order to identify obvious site conditions does not constitute a valid claim for differing or unforeseen site conditions.
D.        Any questions must be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact below no later than 21 March 2025 by 5:00 PM Mountain Time. All questions will be responded to through beta.sam.gov (GPE) only.
E.        The period of performance for this project is 45 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed (NTP). NTP will be issued 10 days after the date the contract is awarded.
F.        The disclosure of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(b).
G.        This acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside based upon North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238990, size standard of $19.0 million.
H.        The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for this project.
I.        This solicitation is issued electronically. It is only available via the official beta.SAM.gov website. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package as no paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors shall register at beta.SAM.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to solicitation.
J.        All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be considered for award. K.         Electronic quotes will be the only accepted method for submission of quotes for this solicitation. Traditional paper quotes will not be accepted. Electronic quotes must be received prior to the date and time specified in this request for quote by the Contracting Officer Heather McBride at hmcbride@blm.gov.

M.        Quotes are due by 3 April 2025 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
