Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into multiple contracts to cover the 5 Regions in the State of Utah to provide Portable Toilets and Services.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology used to determine the number of awards is based on passing both a technical threshold and a total score threshold.
Length of Contract is 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1 year.
Administrative Fee is .25% (one-quarter of one percent).
