Registry Staffing for the Arizona State Hospital

The objective is to secure contract(s) with Contractors qualified to provide Registry Staffing Services for the residents and patients at the Hospital not including ACPTC . The Contractor shall provide Registry Staffing Services that include the following: Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT), and Registered Nurs es (RN) , to the Hospital in accordance with the Scope of Work. Services will be on an as - needed, if - needed, basis at the request of the Hospital. The ADHS does not guarantee the use or volume of any Contract ; however, based on historical need for Hospital services to supplement existing staffing resources, the Hospital anticipates the need for multiple contractors to ensure an adequate candidate pool is available to meet the needs of the facility.

Although this Contract is applicable to BHTs, and RNs, the Hospital’s primary need is specific for BHTs; at present, the Hospital requires approximately twenty (20) Registry BHTs per shift. The Contractor(s) shall provide qualified staff at a volume to meet the needs of the Hospital, regardless of day or shift.
