Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for a design-build team. The design-build team shall be comprised of a General Contractor supported by subcontractors, and a design firm with supporting subconsultants. The design-build team will hereby be referred to as the ‘Contractor’ throughout the solicitation documents.
Brief Project Description: A new Access Control Point, featuring a ballistic-rated Gatehouse, a covered Truck Inspection area, a dedicated pedestrian pick-up and drop-off zone for rideshare.
Project Cost Estimate: $7,820,000.00
