Description

UNBC invites Proposals from experienced professionals to assist in the migration from the University’s existing Avaya IPOffice telephone system to Microsoft Teams Phone. The Project is broken out into two (2) parts. Part 1 is the Professional Services and Part 2 is the Provider of Operator Connect or Direct Routing. This RFP will be awared for both Parts. The University currently has approximately 1200 users already licensed for Teams Phone.
