Description
Work of this Contract comprises general construction renovation of Tupper Parkade - Structural & Mechanical & Doors, located at the Tupper Building, 5850 College Street. The scope of work will include repair delaminated concrete at slab surfaces, walls and columns, provide waterproof traffic membrane on level 2 and 3, provide new slab on grade level 1, and new drains and piping. The work is also comprised of replacement of Tupper Parkade entry doors.
