Sealed bids will be received by the Village of Sussex, Village Clerk until 2:00 PM Central Time on Friday February 28, 2025, at the Village of Sussex, N64 W23760 Main Street, Sussex, WI 53089. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after specified closing time. Interested parties are invited to attend.
NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at the Grove at Village Park (W244 N6260 Weaver Drive, Sussex WI 53089). The Pre-Bid Conference is the sole date and time the prospective bidders will have access to the site with the architect and owner.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposed construction consists generally of two (2) buildings and corresponding site work, a new 10,500SF (approx.) Park maintenance facility, and a 10,100SF (approx.) Park Pavilion with basement and 14,500SF (approx.) of covered space and stage area within Sussex Village Park (W244N6125 Weaver Drive, Sussex WI). Bids will be received on each building individually and alternatively as one (1) collective project. The Owner is the Village of Sussex and the Architect is Kahler-Slater, Inc.
