Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) located in Halifax, NS is seeking a Contractor to provide sufficient simulated and practical Naval Large Tug conversion training to enable up to twenty (20) Auxiliary Fleet Ship Officers and DND Pilots to safely and effectively handle Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) tugs while minimizing the risk to personnel, and Royal Canadian Navy warships. Upon completion of training personnel will be certified by the Contractor as competent to operate ASD tugs. The contract period will be 1 year commencing from date of award.This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. A bid must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English OR English and French.
