Request for Proposals - Fine Arts & Creative Learning Services

Project Description: RFP PURPOSE:
Austin ISD requires ALL vendors who perform Fine Arts & Creative Learning services to submit a response to this RFP and receive an award prior to providing such services to the District. Awarded vendors will be added to the list of acceptable providers for Fine Arts & Creative Learning Partnership services. This list is made available district-wide to all AISD campuses and departments. Once you have been awarded under this RFP, you will not need to submit another response for a period of 5 years through June 30, 2031.
INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) Under Supporting Documentation: Download the Vendor Application Form. The form must be downloaded and completed outside of the Bonfire platform.
(2) Complete the Vendor Application and sign all Required Forms. You must provide a signature where required. Missing, incomplete or unsigned forms will result in vendor being eliminated.
(3) Upload the completed Vendor Application under Submission by clicking the Begin Submission button.
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL YOU REGISTER AND CREATE AN ACCOUNT IN BONFIRE.
