Description
The DalCREW requires a system capable of simultaneous measurement of contractility and intracellular calcium or membrane potential dynamics in single or cultured cardiomyocytes isolated from rabbits, rats, mice, and zebrafish, to investigate physiological cardiac function and the impact of cardiovascular disease.
