Request for Proposals – Clarksville’s Fire Station #3 Renovation

The Town of Clarksville is seeking bids for the renovation of Fire Station #3, located at 404 Hale Road in Clarksville, Indiana. The project includes all labor, materials, and services necessary to complete the renovation work as outlined in the project documents. Interested contractors may obtain plans and specifications through Zen Reprographics beginning September 10, 2025, and are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting on September 23, 2025.

Proposals/bids must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST), October 7th, 2025.

Proposals are to be submitted at Clarksville Town Hall, Suite 208.
