Description
This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) is an invitation by VIA HFR – VIA TGF Inc. (VIA HFR) to qualified proponents (a Proponent) to submit proposals for the provision of Economic, Socio-Economic, and Strategic Research, as further described in Appendix D - Statement of Requirements.
Proponents can choose to respond to one or more stream. Each proposal shall only cover one (1) stream. A proposal that covers more than one (1) stream will be rejected.
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
