| Notes | The United Independent School District is soliciting Request for Competitive Quotations from qualified vendors for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for District Wide Forklifts and Pallet Jacks. Work will be recurring and on "as needed basis". District reserves the right to recommend one, more than one, or none of the vendors for this proposal. The vendor(s) selected for this project must have a solid record of quality, reliability, stability, and customer satisfaction, which can be verified. The District has the right to disqualify any vendor not meeting the specifications. Prices are to remain firm for the term of each contract period. UISD expects the awarded vendor(s) to provide the full range of labor, materials, and services based upon the requirements and specifications listed in this RFCQ. |
