Project Description: The Awardee shall provide comprehensive occupational health services, including pre-employment and return-to-duty testing, random and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing, vision testing, physical examinations, and limited treatment services, in full compliance with Illinois OSHA, DOT, and applicable federal and state regulations. Services must be available 24/7/365, citywide, with both fixed facilities and on-site/mobile capacity to support Park District’s seasonal hiring and operational needs.
